Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.  Every order is cash, check or card on delivery unless different payment terms have been agreed upon. 

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that produce does arrive in an unacceptable manner, we will issue a credit or refund.  Notification must occur within 24 hours of the receipt of product.  We may require pictures and, in some cases, the return of the product. 

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products.  We do our best to inspect everything that goes out and in the event that anything is missed, we will do our best to make it right.
